The base edition of the 2019 Audi A4 impresses, with a 4-cylinder engine capable of producing 188 horsepower. It's mated to a smooth-shifting 7-speed automatic transmission which allows for quick shifts and outstanding acceleration off the starting line.

Regarding infotainment, you'll have plenty to choose from inside the vehicle. It begins with the 7-inch touchscreen display and MMI® infotainment system, with standard Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ smartphone functionality.

Drivers can upgrade to a larger 8.3-inch touchscreen display with handwriting recognition. Gone are the days of selecting numbers and letters. You can write an entry using this touchpad and press enter, allowing easier access to maps and vehicle features.

Audi Safety

The standard safety features are designed to increase driver awareness and prevent accidents. Audi pre sense® basic is able to secure the vehicle to prevent accidents. 

If a collision is detected, the windows will begin to close, the seatbelts will tighten, and the moonroof will slide shut, in an effort to protect you and others in the vehicle with you.

Available Audi pre sense® city is able to detect other vehicles and pedestrians up ahead of you. This technology can brake the A4 at speeds up to 52 MPH, avoiding a potential accident in the process.
